What formats does this webpage support?
It currently supports the glb format. In the future, we aim to enhance our support for formats widely used in civil engineering and architecture, such as facilitating direct usage of Revit files.
How are contracts processed?
In this service, a contract is established by online consent to the "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy", and all procedures are completed online. We do not provide written contracts, but please contact us if you need one.
How long does it take from application to service start?
We will prepare and provide the cloud environment by the next business day.
Will I be issued an invoice?
Yes. We will email you at the end of each month.
By when should I complete the cancellation procedure?
Please complete the procedure by the day before the contract expiration date. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically renew.
What happens to my data after cancellation?
It will be stored on the server for 30 days after the cancellation procedure, but it will be physically deleted from the server after that.
